• IVPS Malaysia (“IVPS”) was originally established as YY Property Solutions (Valuation) Sdn Bhd in 2008. Office was opened in Johor Bahru in early 2013.

• After years of establishment as a full-fledged property professional in Malaysia, the management took the efforts to rebrand the existing YY Property Solutions (Valuation) Sdn Bhd to IVPS Property Consultant Sdn Bhd and YYPSV Real Estate Sdn Bhd to IVPS Real Estate Sdn Bhd.

• Thus, 1 single identity for future expansion and opening of branches in other states of Malaysia.

• The shorter name is easily pronounced, easier to remember and together with the refreshed logo will create better recall.

• IVPS in Malaysia continued to be recognized as the international associate member to CUSHMAN & WAKEFIELD (“C&W”).

• IVPS Malaysia is registered with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agent, Malaysia (under the purview of Ministry of Finance) as a full-serviced property consultancy company with services :-
